Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs We offer free standard shipping on all orders.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery progress. Please allow 2–3 business days for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. Studio Luma has no control over customs processing times or charges.
